Moonstar Essentials Return & Refund Policy

At Moonstar Essentials, we value your trust and strive to deliver premium skincare and haircare products with the utmost care. While we maintain strict quality checks, if you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged products received

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Missing items in the package

⚠️ Mandatory Condition: An unboxing video is required to process any return or refund. The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without cuts or edits.

Return Window

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Used products will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Missing item claims will only be processed if supported with a valid unboxing video.

  • For combo products, please note:

    • The combo will include the variants shown in the product image.

    • If you want any specific variant, kindly mention it in the “Order Notes” section while placing your order.

    • If not specified, we will send the best available variants from the combo.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on our side (damaged product, wrong item, or missing product), Moonstar Essentials will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund & Replacement Options

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received, customers can choose between:

    • Replacement (subject to availability)

    • Full Refund (processed to the original payment method)

  • For missing items (with valid unboxing proof), we will ship the missing product at no extra cost.
