Moonstar Essentials Return & Refund Policy

At Moonstar Essentials, we take great care in delivering high-quality skincare and haircare products to our customers. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help—within the framework of our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

Damaged products

Wrong products delivered

Missing items in the package

However, to be eligible for a return, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must be recorded clearly from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances.

Missing item claims will also only be processed if supported by an unboxing video.

Return Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from our side (damaged product, wrong item sent, or missing product), Moonstar Essentials will cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund or Replacement Options

Once the return is approved and the product is received, we offer a replacement or full refund (based on customer preference and product availability).

For missing items with valid unboxing proof, we will ship the missing item at no extra cost.
