IZUK IMPEX refund policy- Within 7 days from the delivery date, the purchaser can easily return or exchange the product. IZUK IMPEX does not take any charge for return or exchange service.

A product will be liable to exchange or return if it will fall on the condition which is given below- 1. If the delivered item is expired or physically damaged.

2. If the order is not complete or some accessories or part of your order is missing.

3. you got another product means that the product is different from your expectation.

There are some conditions by which you cannot return your product-

1. If you used the product.

2. if the label or mono of the order is missing.

3. If you report the damaged product after 2 days from the delivery date.

4. If you are not send them the request within 7 days.

How will this process work- As soon as you request to return a product then a courier man will come to take your item within 5 to 7 business days, Then this item will come back to their wear house and their team checked the product If the product passes then your process will begin to refund your money.

In what medium will you receive your refund- In case you already paid then money will return to your bank account, credit or debit card or where the payment was made, and in case of cash on delivery, the customer has to give bank details.
